2 small cans sliced water chestnuts
2 (15 oz.) cans Veg-All vegetables
1 ½ c. mayonnaise
4 tbsp. milk
2 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
½ c. chopped onions
½ c. margarine
2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Drain water chestnuts and Veg-All vegetables. Mix all ingredients, except Ritz crumbs and margarine and place in greased casserole dish. Sprinkle cracker crumbs on top of vegetable mixture. Drizzle with margarine. Bake 30 minutes at 350º.
