Pastry dough for 1 pie
3 cups fresh raspberries ( or fruit of your choice. Can mix fruits)
3 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp cornstarch

Directions:
Roll out pastry to size of dinner plate. Carefully transfer to baking sheet. Combine ingredients iin bowl and stir well. Use slotted spoon to pile fruit in a level mound in center of pastry. Leave about 1-2 inches around dough circle. Discard any juice in bowl. One side at a time, fold up edges of pastry. The folded edges should cover some of the berries, but not reach to the center. Bake for 25 min until pastry begins to brown and fruit is bubbling. Remove and cool before serving.
