1 cup all purpose flour
1 and 1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup light brown sugar
3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup milk
2 cups quick oats
1 and 1/4 cups semisweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl, whisk flour, baking powder and salt together. In a large bowl, beat sugar and butter on medium-high speed until fluffy. Beat in vanilla. Reduce speed to low and beat in milk, then flour mixture. Stir in the oats and 1 cup of the chocolate chips. Spread batter in a greased 8x8 cooking pan. Bake at 375º for 35 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes clean. Cool completely on a wire rack. Microwave remaining chocolate chips for about 30 seconds; stir until smooth and drizzle over bars. Cut into squares.

I was using leftover chocolate chips and didn't have the 1/4 cup for the topping, so used milk chocolate instead. I think I might prefer it that way!
