1 egg white 1 cup Sugar
1 tbsp water
¾ tsp salt
1 pound pecan halves
½ tsp ground cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 250°F. Grease one baking sheet (or use non-stick aluminum foil covered pan).

In a mixing bowl, whip together egg white and water until frothy. In a separate bowl, mix together sugar, salt and cinnamon.

Add pecans to egg white; stir to coat the nuts evenly. Remove the nuts, and toss them in the sugar mix. Spread the nuts out on the baking sheet.

Bake at 250° for 1 hour. Stir every 15 mins.
