1 can sliced peaches (16 oz.) drained and diced
2 tbsp. apricot brandy
2 (3-oz.) pkgs. or 1 (6 oz.) pkg. orange jello
2 c. boiling water
1-1/2 c. cold water
1 (4 oz.) Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle peaches with brandy; set aside. Dissolve jello in boiling water; stir in cold water and chill until thickened. Fold peaches into half of jello and spoon into 6 cup mold. Chill until set but not firm (about 10 minutes). Blend Cool Whip with remaining jello and spoon over clear layer in mold. Chill until firm; about 4 hours. Unmold, garnish with crisp green salad greens, if desired.
