4 jars of marinated artichoke hearts(Do NOT drain, KEEP juice)
2 cans artichoke hearts in brine or water(drained)
1- 16OZ. container grated Parmesan cheese
1 lg. jar olive oil
1 small jar minced garlic
3 cans Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1-1/2 lb. chunk of ham from deli
2 envelopes Good Seasons Italian dressing mix

Preheat oven to 350º, empty all 4 jars marinated artichoke hearts into a large bowl, drain other 2 cans of artichoke hearts and add to marinated artichoke hearts, chop all artichoke hearts , add the whole jar of garlic (small), 1/2 the container of cheese. In food processor mince ham and add to mixture, mix well. Add breadcrumbs, 1 can at a time. If it gets to thick, add a little olive oil. Add Good Seasons mix, mix well. Place in large casserole dish or deep pan. Sprinkle top with bread crumbs and cheese. Pat with butter all over top. Bake for 1 hour.
