2 lb frozen hash brown potatoes
1 c Cheddar cheese
12 oz. sour cream
1 c milk
1/4 c onion
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 c margarine
1 can cream of chicken soup
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and place in a 9 in. X 13 in. pan. Bake in 350º oven for 60 minutes.
