2 1/2 c Self Rising Flour
Sweet milk (whole)- DO NOT DILUTE or
Buttermilk= add a bit of water

Directions:
Directions:
Stir up and dissolve. Put on floured board.

Knead slow. Keep flour on hands. No big clumps.
Pat out on floured board and cut with a can or glass. Use can with holes on both ends for air passage.
Lay biscuits down on greased pan.
Grease top of biscuits.
Bake 420-450º for 20 minutes.

Cook fast and the faster they cook the better they taste.
