1 to 1-1/2 lb boneless sirloin steak (3/4 in. thick)
1/2 c soy sauce
1/4 c vegetable oil
1/4 c packed down sugar
2 tsp ground mustard
2 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp garlic powder

Directions:
in a large resealable plastic bag, combine the first six ingredients; add the steak. Seal bag and turn to coat steak, refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight. preheat grill. Drain and discard marinade. Grill steak, covered, over medium heat for 5 to 8 minutes on each side or until meat reaches desired temp.
