20 lb hamburger
6 cans of tomato soup
2 (32 oz.) bottles ketchup
6 tbsp dried onion
10 tsp chili powder
2 (9 oz.) jars mustard

Brown hamburger, dried onions and chili powder; drain and place in electric roaster. Add soup, ketchup, mustard and mix well. Simmer to boil

Back when Mike was in the Baltic Jaycees, this was the recipe used during their 4th of July celebration in the park. Usually went thru 6 roasters full of barbeques for the day long event. Yes, that was 120 lbs of barbeques.
