20 won ton squares
3 to 4 Tbsp. butter, melted
grated Parmesan cheese
8 oz. cream cheese
2 Tbsp. milk
1/4 Tsp. garlic powder
6 oz. crab meat or crab flavored seafood (if canned, rinse and drain)
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley or green onion
sweet and sour sauce (optional)

Preheat oven to 375º. Lightly brush cookie sheet with melted butter. Cut won ton squares in half. Arrange rectangles in prepared pan. Brush with melted butter; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake 5 to 7 minutes until golden brown. Cool on paper towels. Repeat with remaining won ton squares.

Place cream cheese in glass bowl; soften in microwave on high power, 1 to 2 minutes. Stir in milk and garlic powder. When well blended, stir in crab meat and parsley or green onion. Heat 1 to 3 minutes longer until thoroughly heated. Spread mixture in shallow serving dish. Top mixture with sweet and sour sauce, if desired. Serve heated with won tons.

If you cannot find won ton squares at the store (like I couldn't), I recommend using pita chips or sesame crackers.
