6 medium Yukon gold potatoes
Garlic Powder
Paprika
Dry Italian Herbs Mix
Salt and Pepper
Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the potatoes into 1/4" round slices.

Lightly brush two baking sheets with olive oil.

In a large bowl, drizzle olive oil over the potatoes, then season as desired. Toss to coat.

Arrange the potatoes on the baking sheet so that they are not touching.

Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes until the potatoes begin to crisp up.

For crispier potatoes, turn the potatoes and cook for another 5-10 minutes.
