1-1/2 lb hamburger
1/2 c chopped onion
1 egg
1/4 c milk
1/4 c dry bread crumbs
1-1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp celery salt
2 tbsp margarine
2 tbsp flour
1 c milk
1/2 lb Velveeta cheese, cubed
4 c sliced potatoes
1 can whole kernel corn, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350. Combine hamburger, onion, egg, milk, bread crumbs and seasonings; mix lightly. Shape into meatballs and brown or Scramble and brown. Use a non stick pan. Make white sauce with margarine, flour, milk and seasonings. Add cheese, stir until melted. Combine potatoes and corn, place in 12 in. X 8 in. baking dish. Arrange meatballs around edge of dish, cover with cheese sauce. Cover dish with aluminum foil. Bake for 1 hour. Uncover and continue baking for 30 minutes.
