3 lbs. potatoes..peeled & diced
4 chicken bullion cubes
1 med. onion...diced
2 c. diced celery
1 big bag frozen chopped broccoli
2 cans cream mushroom soup
1 big block velveeta cheese...cut into pieces
Directions:
Directions:
Put diced potatoes, celery, & onion in a pot with water, enough to cover, and bullion cubes. Boil till potatoes are tender. Turn down heat and add mushroom soup and broccoli, stir till warmed, then add cheese pieces, a few at a time, stirring till mixed. Continue to stir while stove is on to prevent scorching...Serve with homemade bread
