1/2 head cabbage, shredded, or 1 1lb bag of coleslaw mix
3-4 scallions, sliced
2T Sesame Seeds
1/2 C coarsely chopped almonds (or sliced/slivered)
2 packages Ramen Noodles (chicken flavored), crumbled - save chicken flavoring

Dressing:

3 T. sugar
3 T. wine vinegar
1 t. hot water
1 package of chicken flavoring (saved from noodles)
1 t. salt (optional)
1/4 t. pepper
1/2 c. oil (I used canola)

Directions:
Directions:
Toast sesame seeds in non-stick skillet on medium high heat, set aside; Toast almonds in pan or microwave; Toast noodles in skillet until light brown; Store in airtight container

Mix dressing ingredients, shake, set aside

Toss greens with dressing. You may not need all of the dressing. Add "crunchy stuff" immediately before serving.

To make this a main course, brown 1 chicken breast in soy or yoshida sauce, cool, slice, and add to salad.
