1 Tbsp olive oil
1 garlic clove pressed
1/2 cup bbq sauce divided

2 cups grated mozzarella
2 green onions w/tops
1 med pineapple
1/2 med red pepper

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Unroll pizza to cover large cookie sheet/bar pan. Combine oil and garlic, brush over crust. Spread 1/2 bbq sauce onto crust. Sprinkle with chicken and cheese. Bake 20-25 min.
Dice pineapple and pepper, thinly slice white part of onion. Vertically slice green part of onion, place in cold water (it curls). Spoon diced ingredients over pizza, drizzle with bbq sauce. Pat dry the green onion curls and sprinkle over pizza. Serve.

Personal Notes:
Simplifications abound, I sometimes skip the green onions, use powdered garlic sparingly, and add everything at once to the pizza before cooking it to make it simpler. Though I will say that it tastes and looks best when instructions followed.
