3 cups wide egg noodles
1 lb. boneless sirloin steak, 3/4 inch thick
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 medium onions, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 3/4 cup beef broth
1/4 cup flour
1/2 cup fat free half and half
1 Tbsp.. mustard
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:

1. Heat over to 350º. Spray 11x7 inch glass baking dish with cooking spray.
2. Cook and drain egg noodles as directed on package
3. Cut beef into 3/4 inch pieces. Heat 12 inch nonstick skillet over medium heat. Cook beef and pepper in skillet for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until beef is brown.
4. Stir in onions and bell pepper. Cook 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Spoon into baking dish.
5. In medium bowl, beat brother and flour with wire whisk until smooth. Add to skillet and heat to boiling. Stir until mixture thickens and remove from heat.
6. Stir in half and half and mustard. Spoon over beef mixture.
7. Stir in cooked noodles.
8. Cover and bake for 40 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and continue to bake uncovered for 10 additional minutes.
