1 Pork Loin
1/4 Cup White Cooking Wine
1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
1/4 Cup Canola Oil
1 T. Minced Garlic
2 T. Spicy Brown Mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a contained with a lid; mix well. Add pork and seal tight. Shake it a few times to coat the meat. Let it sit in the refrigerator for several hours. Remember to shake a few times.

Using medium-low heat, please meat on the grill. Do not turn to often to prevent drying out. Discard marinade.

Lauren- when you buy the loin in the meat department, look for the packages that are about 10-12 inches long. When you open, it will actually have 2 loins in it, try and keep together.
I have also used this marinade for chicken breast.
