24 oz. marinated artichoke hearts. chopped
1/4 tsp. oregano
4 T. parsley flakes
2 small onions, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. Tabasco
1 lb. shredded cheddar cheese
8 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Drain marinade from 12 oz. artichoke hearts into a skillet. Drain rest of marinade from other 12 oz. of artichoke hearts and throw away. Saute garlic and onion in marinade. Beat eggs. Add salt & pepper, oregano & Tabasco. Stir in cheese, parsley, artichoke and onion mixture.
Bake in greased sheet pan 30 minutes @ 325º.
