2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cocoa
3 sticks butter or margarine
4 eggs
1 ½ c. flour
1 ½ c. coconut
1 ½ c. pecans – chopped
1 jar marshmallow cream
Icing:
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 stick butter or margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
½ c. cocoa
½ c. evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar, 2 T. cocoa, and 3 sticks margarine. Add eggs, flour, coconut and pecans. Mix well and pour into a greased 13x9 pan. Bake 30-40 minutes at 350º. While hot, spread marshmallow cream on top, then cool. Mix powdered sugar, 1 stick margarine, vanilla, cocoa and evaporated milk together and spread on top of marshmallow cream.
