1 pkg. yellow cake mix

Filling:
1 c. sour cream 12 oz. frozen coconut
2 c. sugar

Directions:
Prepare cake as per directions. While cake is baking, mix sour cream, sugar and frozen coconut. When cake is done baking, split the cake into 2 layers by drawing sewing thread through the cake from one end to the other. Put half of filling mixture between layers and half on top. Keeps well a long time; needs refrigerating.
