4 6-oz center cut pork chops (~ 3/4" thick)
1/4 c low sodium soy sauce
3 T minced shallot
2 T dry white wine
2 T fresh lime juice
1 T minced, peeled fresh ginger
1 1/2 tsp brown sugar
2 garlic cloves, minced
Cooking spray
Summery peach salsa - your favorite brand!

Directions:
Directions:
Trim fat from pork chops. Combine pork and next 7 ingredients in a large ziploc plastic bag. Seal and marinate in refrigerator for 4 hours, turning bag occasionally. Remove pork from bag, reserving marinade. Prepare grill. Place pork on a grill rack coated with cooking spray, cook 7 minutes on each side or until done, basting frequently with reserved marinade. Serve with peach salsa.
