1 box Duncan Hines butter yellow cake mix
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup oil
4 eggs
1 each 11oz can mandarins orange sections

Filling / Frosting
1 each 20 oz can crushed pineapple
1 each 3-1/4 oz box of vanilla sugar free instant pudding
1 each 12 oz container of cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
Cake: Mix first four ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Add mandarin orange sections with juice. Mix by hand to avoid mashing the orange sections. Put into two 9" pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool cake. Fill between layers with filling/frosting coating top and sides.
