1 Envelope Lipton Onion Soup Mix
2 Lbs. Potatoes, cut into large chunks
1/3 Cup Olive Oil or Canola Oil

Preheat oven to 450º.

In a large plastic bag or bowl, add all ingredients. Shake or toss until coated well. Empty into a 13x9 inch baking pan. Bake, stirring occasionally, 40 minutes or until tender and golden brown.

Lauren- I usually spry my pan with non-stick cooking spray before adding potatoes. It helps with clean up.
You can also use Savory Herb with Garlic mix. It's good.
