1 pkg dry yeast
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup milk
1/2 stick butter
2 eggs
4 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve 1 pkg of dry yeast in warm water; add salt and sugar. Warm 1 cup milk and add butter and cream together very well. Add 2 eggs and mix well.
Gradually add 4 cups flour and mix very well. Set in warm place, cover and let it rise until double. Punch down and let it rise again. Roll out on floured surface; spread with butter, cinnamon and sugar, cut into strips. Roll strips into round rolls. Spread with butter, sugar and cinnamon on top and place in an ungreased pan. Bake at 350 degrees until slightly brown and firm.
Drizzle with thin powder sugar icing if desired.
