4-6 pork chops
1 egg
1 c bread crumbs (more if needed)
2 T butter
1 can tomato soup

Directions:
Directions:
Roll pork chops in egg and then bread crumbs. Brown the pork chops in a skillet using the butter.
Place pork chops in a casserole dish and cover with tomato soup (and rinse out the can with water and pour that in too). Bake 1 hour at 300º covered, then uncover and bake 10 minutes to brown the top. Great served with sauerkraut.
