3-4 medium squash
1 small onion, minced
1 egg
2 tsp butter
Salt and pepper
American cheese slices
Ritz crackers, crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
Wash, slice, and cook squash with onion in a small amount of water, 30 minutes or until tender. Drain, mix in egg, butter, salt and pepper to taste. Pour into casserole dish, top with slices of cheese and crumbled crackers. Bake 350º for 15 mins.
