1 pound smoke sausage (sliced)
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 medium chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste
32 oz. bag Tater Tots

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sliced smoke sausage in a small amount of oil. Add celery, onion and bell pepper. Lower fire and cook for 15 minutes. Add salt, pepper,cheese and soups. Keep cooking until heated through. Remove from fire and set aside. Bake tater tots until brown and crispy. Grease a casserole dish and layer half of tater tots and half of filling. Repeat layers and top with cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 -30 minutes until light brown and heated through.
