4 lg. eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp salt
12 oz. evaporated milk
1 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla extract
ground nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Combine eggs, sugar, and salt in large mixing bowl. Beat until mixed. Pour into six 6 oz. custard cups. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Place cups in a 13x9" pan. Fill pan with water to 1" deep. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Place cups on a wire rack to cool comoletely. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
