1 lb. ground beef
1 large can of refried beans
2-3 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 onion
1 T. garlic
16 oz. container of sour cream
Paprika, diced tomatoes, olives and peppers for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the ground beef in a skillet with onion, garlic and mexican seasoning. Drain and set aside. Spread the refried beans in the bottom on a foil baking pan. Add the ground beef and spread evenly over the beans. Add a layer of shredded cheese and bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted (about 15-20 minutes). Remove from the oven and let sit for 10 minutes. Gently spread the container of sour cream over the cheese and sprinkle with paprika and garnishments. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
