1/2 cup butter, melted
CAKE:
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1 cup milk
FILLING:
3 cups canned pumpkin
2 eggs
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup evaporated milk or 1/2 & 1/2 cream
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. each ground ginger, allspice and nutmeg
2 tsp. ground cinnamon

Pour melted butter in 9 X 13 pan, covering sides. Combine cake ingredients and beat until smooth. Pour into pan. Beat filling ingredients well and pour over cake mixture. Bake at 350ºF for 55-60 mins. Serve with whipped cream.
