1 250 gm cream cheese
1 c. pus 1 tbsp. cereal cream
1 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 c. softened Cool Whip©
2 (4 serving) pkg. vanilla pudding
1 16 oz. can pumpkin
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
2 x 8" graham cracker pie crusts

Directions:

Mix cream cheese and 1 tbsp. cream. Whisk till smooth
Slowly add cool whip©
Spread 1/2 in each of the pie crusts
Mix 1 cup cream and pudding till blended - about 3 minutes. Add pumpkin and spices and mix well.

Spread over cream cheese layer and cool for 2 hours. Add more cool whip on top and serve

This is a very rich dessert. Great for Thanksgiving. My sister makes it EVERY year.
