Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 lb ground beef, browned,
1 onion (small), chopped,
1 green pepper (small), chopped,
1/2 c celery, chopped,
2 cloves fresh garlic,
1 can cream of mushroom soup,
1 can cream of celery soup,
32 oz can of stewed tomatoes, OR, equal amounts of tomato sauces and chopped tomato,
2 1/2 c grated carrots,
1 1/2 c water,
salt, pepper.

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion, garlic, green peppers & celery while browning the beef. Put in a large soup pot. Add carrots and canned soups. Let stew on low 2-3 hrs. Enjoy!!
