1 1/4 cups onion and garlic croutons
3 medium tomatoes sliced into 1/4” thick rounds
6 oz. mozzarella cheese, cut in thin slices
1 Tbsp. snipped fresh chives
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
Freshly ground pepper to taste
2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar and oil dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Place croutons on bottom of 9” glass pie pan. Overlap alternate slices of tomato and mozzarella cheese on top in a circular pattern to cover.
Sprinkle with basil, chives, and pepper. Microwave uncovered on high for 3-4 minutes, until cheese melts. Remove and spoon dressing on top. Let stand 5 minutes.
