1 lb. pinto or black beans
1 onion chopped
2 Tbsp. oil
3-4 cloves garlic, minced or crushed
Spiced meat, like kielbasa, ham hock, chopped (opt.)
Cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
In pressure cooker, fry onion and garlic in oil until tender. Add a little spiced meat, but it is not necessary. Add beans and add water until it is 2 inches above the beans. Bring pressure up and then turn down to medium heat. Cook 45 minutes. Release pressure and serve over cooked rice.
