Bisquick Tomato Pie Recipe

2 c Bisquick
1/2 c milk
4 or 5 ripe tomatoes
salt and pepper (to taste)
1 tsp fresh basil, chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
3 to 4 oz shredded Monterey Jack
Bacon, cooked chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Spray pie plate with cooking spray. Mix bisquick and milk together and pat into a pie plate. Place cooked chopped bacon on top of crust before tomato. Slice tomatoes and place on top of unbaked crust. On top of tomatoes sprinkle salt, pepper, and basil. Mix mayonnaise cheese; spread on top of tomatoes.
Bake at 350º for 30 min
