1 lb. baby carrots
1 lb. whole mushrooms (baby Bella)
1 lb. pearl onions
2 onions cut into 1/8’s
1 bulb garlic, peel and separated into cloves
2 1/2 lbs. red potatoes
1 cup butter
1 package Dry Hidden Valley Original Dressing Mix
(Makes 1 quart dressing)

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and quarter potatoes. Wash all other vegetables. Place in pressure cooker with rack. Fill with 1 cup water. Bring up pressure. As soon as the regulator jiggles, release pressure. Mix melted butter and dry Ranch Dressing packet. Pour over vegetables and mix carefully. Place on a sided cookie sheet. Bake in 350º oven uncovered for 20-30 minutes. (Can be served without cooking in oven)
