1 (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1/4 tsp. salt
2 oz. Feta cheese, crumbled
1 ( 9 inch) pie crust, unbaked
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tsp. dill weed
3 eggs, beaten
2 oz. cottage cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook spinach with chopped onion until all the moisture is gone. Add the parsley, dill weed, and salt. Mix cheeses with beaten eggs, add to spinach mixture. Pour into pastry lined quiche pan. Bake at 375º for 30 minutes or until eggs are just set in center.
