1 cup uncooked wild rice
Seasoned salt ( opt.)
2 cups diced cooked chicken
1 1/2 halved green grapes
1 cup sliced water chestnuts, drained
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 cup cashews (optional)
Lettuce leaves

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice according to package directions, omitting salt or adding seasoned salt. Drain well, cool to room temperature. In large bowl, put rice. Add rest of ingredients except cashews and lettuce. Mix gently, cover and chill. Just before serving add cashews. Serve on lettuce leaves.
