3 lbs, red or white rose potatoes
6-7 hard cooked eggs, chopped
2 bunches green onions, chopped
Salt
Pepper
Celery seed
1 tsp. prepared mustard
Mayonnaise to taste
Paprika
parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Scrub potatoes and boil with skins on, until done, about 20 minutes. Set aside to cool. Peel then dice. Toss eggs and onions with potatoes. Season with salt, pepper, and celery seed. Stir in mayonnaise and mustard until you like it. Refrigerate until cold. Garnish with paprika and parsley.
