2 lg. lemons
1 14-oz. can sweetened condensed milk
2 c. whipped cream
1 9-in. graham cracker pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the juice and zest of lemons with sweetened condensed milk. Fold in one cup of whipped cream. Pour into pie shell and spread evenly. Use one cup of whipped cream to cover top of pie. Chill before serving. Optional: Use a few drops of yellow food coloring in the pie filling to add color. Pie can also be topped with fruit.
