12 oz salsa
1 can of black beans

Place 3-4 raw chicken breasts in a slow cooker,
add salsa and black beans (drained and rinsed).
Set slow cooker on low for 2 hrs.

This is a quick and easy meal, with lots of flavor and little effort. You can also add a can of corn if you like, just be sure to add a little more salsa. When finished cooking I like to take out the chicken and cut it into smaller pieces.Also goes good with Spanish rice.
