Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 lb uncooked, unpeeled shrimp
2 (12 oz) cans of beer
1/4 cup vinegar
3 heaping tbsp Old Bay seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine beer, vinegar and Old Bay in a 2 quart vegetable steamer; bring to a boil.
2. Reduce heat to a simmer.
3. Place shrimp in the vegetable drainer and place drainer above the steaming liquid; cover.
4. Steam the shrimp until the peels have turned pink and shrimp are tender.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
NOTE: shrimp can be cooked IN the liquid if you don't have a steamer. The shrimp will just be a little water-logged if they cook too long!

For the wimpy, use less Old bay; for the adventurous, use 1/4 cup.
