1 pkg Acine de pepe (16 oz)
1 cup sugar
2 tbsp flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 3/4 cup pineapple tidbits
2 eggs beaten
1 tbsp lemon juice
3 cup mandarin oranges
1 cup crushed pineapple
2 cups miniature marshmallows
1 9 oz Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta in 3 quarts of water, 1 tsp of oil and 2 tsp salt until soft; rinse and cool.

In pan; combine sugar, flour, salt. Add pineapple juices, eggs. Cook, stirring until thick. Add lemon juice and let cool.

Pour mixture over pasta mix - refrigerate overnight. Add drained mandarin oranges, pineapple tidbits, crushed pineapple, marshmallows, cool whip. Mix thoroughly.
