Ingredients:  
1 lb confectioners sugar (10 X or Powdered Sugar)
1/ c unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 c evaporated milk
1 stick butter or margarine
2 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Line a 8 x 8 baking pan with aluminum foil or spray pan with non-stick spray
Sift together powdered sugar and cocoa into a microwave proof 2 qt baking dish
Add milk and butter (DO NOT STIR)
Microwave on high for 2 1/2 minutes or until butter is melted
STIR
Add Vanilla and stir until creamy Add nuts if desired
Pour into the foil lined pan and place in freezer for 10 minutes
Remove fudge from the pan and cut into 1 inch squares
