1 can crushed pineapple, with liquid
1 egg, beaten
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3T flour
2T butter
Sprinkle with cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Stir all ingredients together. Place in a greased 1 quart casserole dish. Dot with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350º
