1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 small onion chopped
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/2 pkg (sleeve) crushed saltine crackers
1 tsp. ground sage
salt and pepper
catsup

Directions:
Directions:
MIx the hamburger, onion, eggs, milk, crackers, and seasonings together. Shape into a dome and place in a pie plate. Drizzle top with catsup. (This way any grease will run off.) Bake at 380º for 1 hour or until hamburger is no longer pink.

Mom always used sage in her meatloaf. I learned this trick from her. Tom and I both love the taste of this meatloaf.
