2 cups sugar
1 cup oil
3 eggs 2 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup cocoa
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup milk
1 tbsp vanilla
2 cups zucchini squash

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar and oil. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each one. Combine flour, cocoa, salt, baking soda, baking powder. Gradually add to the egg mixture alternately with the milk. Stir in the zucchini and extract. Pour into a greased 15"x10"x1" baking pan. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes or until cake test done. Frost with a chocolate butter frosting (Sister Haderlie used Western Family and it was good).

Here is a frosting recipe I found for a similar cake. I have no idea if it is any good.

Frosting:
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup baking cocoa
6 tbsp evaporated milk
4 cups confectioners' sugar
1 tbsp vanilla extract
