1 cup raisins, ground
1 cup of sugar
1 egg
Juice of one lemon
2-3 saltines, ground fine

Mix Well. Put in container. Refrigerate.

Pie Crust:
3 cups of flour
Pinch of baking power
1 tsp salt
12 round tbsp Crisco

Directions:
Directions:
Work together; stir in cup ice water.
Wrap in foil; put in refrigerator to chill.
Roll very thin. Cut with biscuit cutter; add 1 tsp of filling; fold over and make the dough into crescents and seal the edges.
Bake at 350 until light golden brown. Serve warm or cold.
