2 packages store bought pound cake cut in cubes
4 6oz boxes of cook and serve vanilla pudding cooked and chilled
2 tubs of whipped topping
2 pt. of strawberries hulled and sliced
1 container of blackberries
1 container of raspberries

Directions:
Set aside a few berries for garnishing. On the bottom of a pretty glass bowl spread 1/3 of the whipped topping, next layer 1/2 of the cubed cake, next layer 1/2 of the pudding, a layer of 1/2 of the berries comes next, then repeat layering ending with whipped topping. Top with saved berries. Serve chilled

This recipe can be halved but I found I have to increase it frequently. Any seasonal berries can be used all are good. This does well made ahead so that the cake absorbs some pudding and whipped topping.
Using chocolate cake and/or chocolate pudding with chocolate chips can be used during the winter months when berries are not in season.
